• 1 Cup sweetened condensed milk
• 6 egg yolks [save whites]
• � Cup key lime juice [genuine key lime]

• 1 Tablespoon cream of tartar
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1 graham cracker pie crust [preferred�regular crust permissible]
